Before you start

What you need, what you don’t, and what you get.

  • You need: your MC or DOT number, six months of business bank statements (PDF from your bank, not screenshots), and the amount you want.
  • You do not need: tax returns under $250,000, a business plan, collateral on working capital, or a minimum credit score on any product.
  • You will get: a same-business-day decision and a call from a funding specialist with the number, the term, and the total cost of funding in dollars.

Not eligible for any product

  • Carriers under an active FMCSA out-of-service order
  • Carriers whose only receivables are from a related-party shipper
  • Carriers with an open involuntary bankruptcy

Why the 24-month rule exists

Motor carriers with fewer than two years under their own authority have an average three-year failure rate of 85% (FreightWaves, August 2026, citing Mitsubishi HC Capital America).

Under 49 CFR Part 385, a new carrier is also inside an 18-month FMCSA new-entrant monitoring window and must pass a safety audit in its first 12 months — authority can be revoked by a regulator for reasons that have nothing to do with the bank account.

We will not write an unsecured advance against that. We will factor your invoices from day one, because factoring is secured by the broker’s credit, not yours.

Pick your track

Both tracks start in the same place. Say which one you are on.

If you are not sure, start anyway — the first three questions sort you.

Track 1 — Fleet Capital

I run 3+ power units with 24+ months of authority

Working capital $75,000–$750,000, lines of credit $50,000–$500,000, equipment financing $40,000–$500,000 a unit, term and SBA through our bank and SBA lending partners. Same-day decision, funded in 24 hours.

Track 2 — Invoice Factoring
