SMS Terms & Conditions
What we send, how often, how to stop, and what it costs. Consent is not a condition of any funding approval.
1. Program name and purpose
Program: Linehaul Capital Funding Alerts.
Purpose: account servicing, application status updates, document requests, and funding notifications for applicants and clients of Linehaul Capital.
2. How you opt in
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application, by texting a keyword to our number, or by giving written consent to a representative.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, approval, or funding decision.
The consent checkbox in our application is unchecked by default, sits in its own field separate from terms acceptance, and reads:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Linehaul Capital about my application and account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any approval. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity. Typically 2–8 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Linehaul Capital does not charge you for messages. Charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. You may also opt out by calling (888) 896-5559.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP for assistance, or call (888) 896-5559.
7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported carriers
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers.
9. Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. Mobile information collected for this program is used only to deliver the messages described above. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your information.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where the change affects how the program operates, communicated in a message before it takes effect.
