ISO and broker partners

Refer carriers. Know what clears before you submit.

The reason trucking submissions die is that nobody tells the ISO the real bar until after the file is in. We publish ours, so you can qualify a carrier on the phone in under a minute: three power units, twenty-four months of authority, sixty thousand a month in deposits. Three questions.

And when the answer is no, you still have a deal. Every carrier that fails Track 1 is a factoring submission, and factoring has no time-in-business minimum, no FICO minimum, and no revenue minimum. You stop throwing away two-thirds of your trucking pipeline.

What partners get

Six things, all of them checkable.

  • Published criteria. No guessing, no “submit it and we’ll see.”
  • Same-business-day decisions on Track 1 files.
  • Commission on funded deals, paid on a published schedule.
  • A partner portal with real-time submission and offer status.
  • Your own referral code on every link you place, so attribution never leaks.
  • A named underwriter, not a shared inbox.

What we need from you

Three things. We pull the rest ourselves.

Six months of business bank statements, the MC or DOT number, and the amount requested. We pull authority age, power-unit count, and safety rating ourselves from FMCSA — do not waste time collecting what is public.

The cheat sheet

Four questions you can ask on the phone.

  • “How many trucks are you running right now?” Three or more → Track 1. One or two → factoring (two is fine on reefer, flatbed, tanker, hazmat, or car haul).
  • “How long have you had your own authority?” Twenty-four months or more → Track 1. Less → factoring.
  • “What’s a normal month in the business account?” Sixty thousand or more → Track 1. Less → factoring.
  • “How much do you need?” Under seventy-five thousand → factoring, or an equipment note if it is a unit.

Not eligible for any product

  • Freight brokers and 3PLs with no owned or leased power units
  • Carriers under an active FMCSA out-of-service order
  • Carriers whose only receivables are from a related-party shipper
  • Carriers with an open involuntary bankruptcy

Why the 24-month rule exists

Motor carriers with fewer than two years under their own authority have an average three-year failure rate of 85% (FreightWaves, August 2026, citing Mitsubishi HC Capital America).

Under 49 CFR Part 385, a new carrier is also inside an 18-month FMCSA new-entrant monitoring window and must pass a safety audit in its first 12 months — authority can be revoked by a regulator for reasons that have nothing to do with the bank account.

We will not write an unsecured advance against that. We will factor your invoices from day one, because factoring is secured by the broker’s credit, not yours.
