Track 1 · Revolving · Pay only on what you pull
A revolving line for the costs that come back every month.
Fuel, repairs, and insurance are not one-time events. A line of credit sits open and you draw against it when a unit goes down or a renewal lands. You pay for what you pull, and the limit replenishes as you repay.

- Carriers under an active FMCSA out-of-service order
- Carriers whose only receivables are from a related-party shipper
- Carriers with an open involuntary bankruptcy
Why the 24-month rule exists
Motor carriers with fewer than two years under their own authority have an average three-year failure rate of 85% (FreightWaves, August 2026, citing Mitsubishi HC Capital America).
Under 49 CFR Part 385, a new carrier is also inside an 18-month FMCSA new-entrant monitoring window and must pass a safety audit in its first 12 months — authority can be revoked by a regulator for reasons that have nothing to do with the bank account.
We will not write an unsecured advance against that. We will factor your invoices from day one, because factoring is secured by the broker’s credit, not yours.
When a line beats a lump
Three draws that pay for themselves.
- Draw $9,000 for an alternator and a week of downtime. Repay it in eleven weeks. Your limit is whole again before the next event.
- Draw $51,000 in March when the fleet policy renews, and repay it across the year.
- Draw $14,000 a week in fuel through a seasonal run, and settle it as the loads pay out.
A $150,000 line drawn three times for $20,000 each costs a fraction of a $150,000 lump you are carrying in full from day one. If your need is recurring and unpredictable, this is the cheaper instrument. If it is one known number, take working capital.
Questions carriers actually ask
Lines of credit, answered.
What’s the difference between a line of credit and working capital?
A line is revolving — you draw, repay, and draw again, paying only on the drawn balance. Working capital is a single lump funded once.
Does an open, unused line cost anything?
No. No maintenance fee, no unused-line fee.
How fast can I draw?
24 hours by ACH.
Can my limit increase?
Yes, reviewed every six months against your deposits.
Do I need collateral?
Not under $250,000.
